• Add Breaching Dragonstorm to the Colossal List.

As you can see, this card was essentially Creative Technique.

Compared to Creative Technique, We recognized that the fact that only one card could be cast meant that it wouldn’t be as much of a problem as the original, but the fact that it was a permanent and its synergy with dragons was more powerful than we had anticipated.

Similar to Creative Technique, it was deemed inappropriate for the Power Level: Friendly, so it will be added to the Colossal List.
